Fastest way to get help with payments, tokens, blocked conversions, or bugs.

Payment or token issues

• Tokens are added after Stripe webhook confirmation — not instantly on browser return.
• If payment succeeded but tokens did not appear within a few minutes, post on Discord with your username and Stripe receipt.
• Blocked conversions should not charge tokens.

Conversion failed or blocked

• Unsupported addon syntax may be blocked before tokens are used.
• Partial conversions may include warnings — review output before deploying.
• We do not claim to convert any Skript script.

Bug report checklist

Include as much of this as you can on Discord:

• Account username or email
• Skript file name (not full secrets from the script)
• Conversion status (blocked, partial, success)
• Warnings or critical warnings shown
• What you expected vs what happened
• Screenshot if possible

Known beta limitations

• Core Skript support only — many addons are partial or blocked
• Generated plugins should be tested before live servers
• Downloads expire after the TTL shown in the app
• Service availability may change during beta
